This month I decided to incorporate my love of yarn, knitting, and crocheting into my bullet journal theme! November is a great month to be working on lots of projects so I thought it would be quite fitting. I have found tons of craft and project trackers (which are definitely amazing too), but what about a whole month themed all around yarn and the things you can make with it? After searching Pinterest, I couldn't find what I was picturing up in that brain of mine... I guess that means I get to create it!
For all those crochet-loving bullet-journalers out there, this post is all about how to make my Granny Square Mood Tracker.

What you will need:
Journal - for my current bullet journal, I'm using a Park Lane Textured Softcover Journal from JoAnn Fabrics
Brush Pens - Tombow fudenosuke in black and colors
Eraser - I love my Paper Mate Tuff Stuff Eraser Stick
Start with penciling out the squares.
November has 30 days so it lends itself well to this layout. I did 5 squares by 6 squares to give it a nice blanket look.
Choose a design
I wanted some of the squares to look like they had a sunflower pattern. I used my circle maker to stencil out where I wanted the sunflower pattern.
For the remaining squares, I used my ruler to add concentric squares inside to mimic a granny square.
I sketched out the petals of the sunflower design. I kept them simple so that it would have a "crochet look".
Time to start inking!
Make sure to erase your pencil lines.
Number each square to correlate with the day of the month.
Add your color key.
Don't forget your title.
Add color to your key.
Decorate the rest of the page however you would like.
I chose to add some color to my doodles. Just make sure to leave the blanket colorless because you will fill those in later!
You did it!
Now you have a beautiful, unique mood tracker for your bullet journal!
